ABOUT CHAMELEON’S NON-SURGICAL NOSE JOB
An exciting new procedure offered by Dr. Albert Boyd is a “liquid rhinoplasty.” A non-surgical nose job is an excellent cosmetic option for men and women looking to shape their nose without having to undergo surgery. This procedure utilizes BOTOX® Cosmetic to help to shape the nose. Precise injections of BOTOX® Cosmetic are used to relax the Septi Nasi muscle. The Septi Nasi muscle pulls the sides of the nose downward, which may cause the nose to look large and possibly droopy. BOTOX® Cosmetic temporarily eases the pull of the muscle, whereby the nose has a perkier look.
Clients do not have to worry! The change to your nose is minimal, so there is no fear of a drastic change that can leave your nose botched or looking worse than before.*
WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR A NON-SURGICAL NOSE JOB?
Individuals who have a droopy nose tip, extended nasal flare, and bunny lines may be candidates for a non-surgical nose job. Bunny lines are the horizontal line that sits just across the side or ridge of the nose. As you age, these lines become more pronounced due to a lifetime of laughing and frowning.
HOW DOES BOTOX® COSMETIC WORK FOR A NON-SURGICAL NOSE JOB?
This procedure uses a several units of BOTOX® Cosmetic. The procedure is typically well-tolerated and done in the office. BOTOX® Cosmetic is injected into the tip of the nose to relax the muscle which lifts the nasal tip. It can also be injected into the sides of the nose which lead to a slimmer appearance and reduce the flaring of the nostrils.*
Ice packs are provided before the treatment to minimize discomfort. Clients can expect to see full results in two weeks but many clients notice a difference as early as 5 days after the procedure.
ABOUT CHAMELEON’S LIP FLIP
A Lip Flip is a procedure in which the muscle above the lip is relaxed, leading to a fuller lip look. The Lip Flip, using BOTOX® Cosmetic, helps to temporarily relax the top of the lips and “flip” it outward. This procedure is beneficial to those who have a gummy smile, or a very lifted lip. After the procedure the appearance of the gums will be minimal, even when smiling wide. The Lip Flip enhances the shape and look of the client’s lips without using dermal fillers.*
WHAT IS A LIP FLIP WITH BOTOX® COSMETIC?
Dr. Boyd precisely injects a few units of BOTOX® Cosmetic along the cupid’s bow and on the sides of the mouth to properly relax the muscle. This will temporarily cause the inside of your upper lip to ‘flip’ upward and outward along the upper lip muscle. The muscle is relaxed which makes the upper lip more visible creating a fuller, plumper look to the upper lip.
The Lip Flip is natural-looking. A Lip Flip for appropriate candidates is an alternative to dermal (facial) fillers. This procedure doesn’t drastically change the look of your lips but provides a temporary natural-looking fuller upper lip. There is little downtime with results seen in as early as 5 days after the procedure. Optimal results are typically seen in about 14 days.*
