During the consultation process our Patient Care Coordinator will provide you with additional information about the recommended or desired services and, equally as important, allow you to become familiar with our team and us with you. Your consultation will include discussion of your treatment plan, which includes the cost and any financing options you might be interested in.

Please Note: Effective September 1, 2021, Chameleon MedSpa’s consultation fee is $50.00. The consultation fee is prepaid at the time of scheduling your appointment. Please be advised that your consultation fee will be applied towards the cost of your service or procedure. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment or if our office is notified less than 24 hours of your cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the consultation fee and it is not-refundable. No refund of consultation fee will be issued for no-shows.
